Being sane doesn’t mean you cannot fight with passion. Democrats need to realize that they can passionately fight for moderate issues. When republican elephants have managed to squat in the House by gerrymandering districts throughout the south and some mid-west states, the knights of the democratic party can still make progress – once they are able to make the case that it’s the Democratic Party that is really the one that defends freedom and liberty – not the Republican Party.
