UPDATE 01/10/12: HA! I was right! California dates announced for Radiohead tour!
Radiohead will have FOUR SHOWS in CA: BOTH Coachella weekends (April 14th & 21st) PLUS San Jose (April 11th) and Santa Barbara (April 12th). Coachella tickets on sale now; looks like other CA concert dates go on sale January 21st.
Now we just need Canada tour dates… Come on, Radiohead, help us out. Share the love.

All smiles here for the Radiohead 2012 US tour dates! So far… no dates in California? (what’s up with that guys?) STILL no official 2012 Radiohead show dates in California as of January 9th, 2012… :(
However, not only is there plenty of time to fit in a couple large venues in California on their own, but there is also a big gap between the two Mexico City concert dates and Radiohead then going to Europe… and Coachella Weekend Two fits right inside that window quite nicely.
I mean… do you really think Radiohead will stop in Arizona? Iconic bands always fly out of LAX not Phoenix ;)
Keep your fingers crossed that final negotiations are why there’s the odd hole in their tour map… you can’t have a tour that’s progressively making its way West across the United States, and then stop… in Arizona !?!?!… it makes no sense. Ongoing negotiations for a big California venue seems to be the only reasoning to justify that sort of hole in the tour map thus far, and they have a nice long break the end of April through May to fit a couple California concert dates into the schedule. They know they’ll sell it out in a day, so no rush to announce it, anyway.
